  • This week is teacher/parents conferences. Thank you for your support and believe in my teaching philosophies. I enjoyed meeting the parents and learned many interesting facts about my little Wise Owls. 
  • Dismissal is 1 pm.
  • Thank you for the delicious feast. A loud shout out thank you to the amazing parents who came to set up and clean up the feast.

  • A message from 2nd grade team "Due to the problems with the light rail, our next field trip to the San Jose Museum of Art/ Christmas in the Park on December 5th had to be cancelled. We will try to re-schedule the field trip to the San Jose Museum of Art in 2014. We encourage you to take your student to Christmas in the Park to see our beautiful 2nd grade Ruskin tree over the break. It will be like a scavenger hunt to find it, which will make it all the more fun."

NOTES:
  • This week is teacher/parents conferences. Dismissal is 1 pm.
  • Our Fall Harvest Potluck is tomorrow from 11:30-12:30. Please think of sharing your child's favorite main course. You can always order instead of cooking. No Nuts please because we have students who are allergic to nuts. I have plates and napkins but we still needs spoons and forks. Here are some of the dishes our class voted for: fruit punch juice boxes/bags (30-40), pizza sticks, garlic bread, spicy chicken drumsticks, mac & cheese, broccoli, pumpkin pie, chicken nuggets, french fries, fruits (apples, banana, peach, orange, mangoes).

Here is the list of families who had replied. I will post daily as more donation comes in.
