    Field Trip to Penitencia Creek Park
    Tuesday June 10, 2014
    Dear Parents,

    Our field trip is on Tuesday. Please remember to have your child arrive at school on time 8:05. All second grade classes will be walking approximately at 9:00 A.M. and return at 2:00 P.M. Students will need to come to school wearing their class t-shirts, walking shoes, a cap/hat, sun screen, and bring a (light snack) and lunch in a plastic or paper bag with the child’s name on it. Parent chaperones will store lunches in their backpacks. Children may bring PE equipment for field games. They are responsible for their own equipment.

    *Parent Chaperones-Please meet in the classroom at 8:45. Classes will begin heading
    towards the park at 9:00. Thank you for your time.

    Field Trip to California Academy of Sciences
    Tomorrow

    Dear Parents,

    Our field trip is on Friday. Please remember to have your child arrive at school on time, 8:05. Attendance will be taken and groups will be assigned to chaperones. We will be taking school buses to San Francisco. The buses are scheduled to leave approximately at 8:15am and return at 2:15pm.
    Each child must bring a bag of snack, lunch, and bottles of water with name written on the bags and bottles. Everything should be disposable. Parent chaperones will store lunches in their backpacks.
    Students will need to come to school wearing their class t-shirts over their school clothes (and under their jacket). All students should dress in layers, wear a jacket, and comfortable walking shoes with socks. If rain is forecasted, please wear a raincoat and bring an umbrella

    *Parent Chaperones-Please bring your own lunch and backpack to store a maximum of five student’s lunches. We will meet in the classroom at 8:05. Classes will begin heading towards the bus stop at 8:15. Thank you for your time.
